To apply for a caste certificate, you need: (1) Aadhaar Card, (2) Ration Card, (3) Voter ID or any other address proof, (4) Self-declaration form, (5) Passport-size photograph. Additional documents may be required based on your specific category (SC/ST/OBC/EBC).
You can track your application by: (1) Logging into your account and checking the dashboard, (2) Using the "Track Application" feature on the homepage with your reference number, (3) Calling the toll-free helpline number with your application details.
Under the State Service Delivery Act, services have defined timelines. Most certificates are processed within 15-30 working days from the date of application. You can check the specific timeline for each service on the service details page.
Yes, you can visit any Common Service Center (Pragya Kendra/Jan Seva Kendra) in your area to apply for services. The CSC operator will help you fill the form, upload documents, and submit the application on your behalf. A nominal service charge may apply.
DSC is required only for government officials who process and approve applications. Citizens applying for services do not need a DSC.
